Feb 9, 2008. The games of summer preview.

Looks like it's going to be a long hot summer according to Al Gore and global warming. So stay cool by playing these future summer releases on your 360 and drinking plenty of liquids between your snacking.

There was a time when you had to pay a quarter to play games that let you compete with other players in a test of skill and quick reflexes. And the king of that type of gaming was Streetfighter. Capcom, in all its gaming glory, has decided to release Streetfighter 4 for 360. The only problem we have with this future release is Chung Li's man thighs. We think we saw them last week in the Superbowl.

A classic is finally coming to the next-gen consoles. Golden Axe will be here with plenty of beatemup action. The Valkyrie is shown above. No man thighs on her Capcom.

Just Cause was way overhyped and under delivered. So they're going to release a sequel in hopes of fixing the many problems with the original and improving the environment. No doubt the original had potential and we hope this one lives up to the hype.

Finally, we're getting a full next-gen sequel of Kingdom Under Fire. The previous one available on the 360 kinda sucked and played like it belonged on the original Xbox. Let's hope the strategy part of the original game is still retained in this version.

Lara returns again in Tomb Raider Underworld. She's like that crazy girlfriend that keeps calling after you dumped her for being crazy. Although if she looked as good as Lara, we'd put up with the craziness.

Seems this summer will be filled with hot women in very little clothing, which is the way we like our summers. Now if any of these games featured great gameplay and online modes, it would be great summer to remember.
