May 10, 2008. Coming this summer to a 360 near you.

It's going to be a long hot summer. How do we know? Global warming and high gas prices. That's a great combination for staying home and playing games, which we intend to do as soon as we get off work. And what can we play this summer?

Ninja Gaiden 2

No doubt the first big game of June is Ninja Gaiden 2. It looks great and will probably be as hard as hell, or at least very difficult. We don't know about the blood though. Let's hope it's not like Mortal Kombat for the Sega CD where just hitting your opponent results in gallons of blood.

Incredible Hulk

Also in June is the Incredible Hulk. We played the last Incredible Hulk game, Ultimate Destruction, on the Xbox and was very pleased with the gameplay. You really did feel like the Incredible Hulk playing the game, so we're looking forward to this game. Hopefully, Sega does a better job with the Hulk than Iron Man, especially on the difficulty settings.

Battlefield Bad Company

Late June brings another Battlefield game. It's has a more gritty feel to the graphics. Battlefield has always been one of our favorite multiplayer games, and the 360 version would be great online. We're hoping for a solid multiplayer experience with very little lag.

Unreal Tournament 3

Right after the 4th of July comes Unreal Tournament 3 for the 360, a game that is sure to please any multiplayer fan. It's got ships, plenty of sci-fi weapons, and great maps.

Soul Calibur IV

The end of July comes one of our favorite arcade games, Soulcalibur IV. It's a great fighting game that has more weirdly dressed characters that the Japanese people think are cute, but the gameplay is solid.

Saints Row 2

Saints Row marks the end of summer, and it's a fitting end. By then, we'll be burned out on GTA4 and waiting for the next big sandbox game, and we hope Saints Row will feed that need.
