June 2 , 2007. Xbox Sequels We Want.
There's still quite a few Xbox games that should be released on the 360. So here's a list of the ones we would like to see get a sequel with updated graphics and gameplay.
The first game that needs a sequel is obviously Shenmue II, a favorite among Xbox gamers. The Shenmue world was rich, deep, and full of characters. Kinda like Oblivion, but set in modern times.
The next game is Jade Empire, another rich action RPG with a great world to explore. Although the revenge and honor thing kinda got on our nerves. But I guess when you base your games off old Kung fu flicks, this is what you get.

A world of sky pirates and great gameplay. Crimson Skies didn't sell well, supposedly. Although our belief is that some among Microsoft just didn't like this game. But we loved the dogfights and blimp blowing.
Red Dead Revolver is a great western. Another one of those honor and revenge deals. But I guess when you watch a whole lot of spaghetti westerns, you end up with this type of game. Still a blast to play, especially with their version of bullet time.
Combine weird characters and a wonderful world to explore and you get Toe Jam and Earl. A funny game that has a cult following.
Okay, we didn't include Panzer Dragoon Orta or Steel Battalion. But we're sure this isn't the last time we'll see Panzer Dragoon from Sega. And frankly, Steel Battalion with that $150 controller isn't likely to happen on the 360. |
